That is not possible.

Do you want to simulate packaging? In that case try Dimension. Models of this kind should be available either directly in Dimension or on the web.

You can use Effect >.>3D & Matrials >> Extrude. You to duplicate theshapes to do the cap, adn set it to plane. Nice thing is the last used rotation values should hold, s they will be in correct 3D space of each other and you wont have to write t=down the XYZ values.
