Is it possible to rearrange the artboard?

If you add artboard in the middle of the project, and export the work, the artboard will move to the end of the project.

Yes you can.

First drag the artboards around here to set the order. I dragged Arbaord 3 to be before Arbaord 2. FI you get confused as to what art in on an artboard, select one element, and that artboard will be highlighted. in the artboards window. IF you are stil confused rename the artboards to soemthing unique about that page, which helps me to sort them

Then use the flyout menu to rearrange them visually in that order
