Is there a way to align ARTBOARD to another artboard?

Assuming this is a recent version.

Select the artboard tool, select the artboards and use the align panel.

one thing is missing is the 3rd click that determines which element will all other elements will aligned to.

BTW i can use the rearrage all artboards button but then if i want some artboard to be out of the grid?

i cant find any way to apply the "rearrange all artboards" on selected artboards only.

That will probably get difficult, because when rearranging artboards Illustrator has to move the others around the artboards you don't want to move.

Maybe ask for it in  http://illustrator.uservoice.com as a new feature request.
