Is there a way to sync or export Illustrator workspaces between my two computers?

I know there used to be a little gear icon in the bottom left of the screen that would allow you to sync workspaces, but that feature was removed. Was it ever replaced with another method? I just got a new computer and I'm hoping I don't have to set everything up manually. Not sure why they would remove such a helpful feature.

In Edit > My settings you can export and import settings.
