Issue Report: Disruption Caused by Upgrade Ads in Adobe Software

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I encountered a significant issue while using Adobe [illustrator 2024]. During normal usage, upgrade plan advertisements frequently pop up. These ads cannot be closed and cause the software to become unresponsive, making it impossible to continue working. As a result, I was unable to save my progress and lost critical work.

This issue severely impacts usability and workflow. I kindly request that you investigate and address this problem by improving the mechanism for displaying upgrade ads to prevent such disruptions in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and any upcoming fixes.

  1. Version of the app : illustrator 2024 v29.01
  2. Platform and OS version: macos 12.7.6
