Issue with 3D and Materials Functionality in Adobe Illustrator After Importing .sbar File

I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator when working with the 3D and Materials feature. After downloading and importing an .sbar file to use in my project, the application unexpectedly crashed. Since then, I’ve been unable to access or use the 3D and Materials feature at all.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, as well as resetting all settings, but the issue persists.

Could you please advise on how I should proceed to resolve this?

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
