issue with Navigator panel

Hello,

My problem with the navigator panel is when you open this windows the artboart and the project you I am working on it apperars very small, it shows you a big white space with the artboard in the right corner (approximately). It should shows you in the window all the artboard. Can you help me please?

This is the issue, why the artboard is tiny and I have that big with area ?

sent the answer by email but it seems here it doesnt update the answers automaticaly if you dont post something. I am using the resent version of Adobe Illustrator 2025 and I dont know how to check the resolution/scaling.

Are you using a Windows or a Mac computer? For Windows try this (https://adobe.ly/42CVQoc) and this for macOS (https://adobe.ly/3XUwHCV).

Also, try the articles shared earlier to create a new user account and check if Illustrator works better under that account.

Thanks for confirming. Have you checked if the Display Settings are set to defaults (https://adobe.ly/42CVQoc), and if the UI scaling settings in Illustrator are set to Small?

Besides, is not the resolution of my computer, sizes of icons are great. My problem is the Navigator panel as you can siee in the previous picture I sent in this conversation. Check this picture of an example of how the navigator panel should see

I do not have any other computer with me but if I use the navigator panel in Photoshop it works. Illustrator is the one with the issue
