Issues with Adobe Programs (Illustrator / Illustrator (Beta) / After Effects)

Hello, I am facing issues with my Adobe programs, particularly with Adobe Illustrator. Whenever I try to open Adobe Illustrator, I get an error window.

Sometimes, the program only launches on the first attempt, and it takes several tries to get started. I have tried deleting or modifying the "Startup Scripts CC" folder in the Program Files > Common Files > Adobe folder, but the issue keeps recurring. Today, I have been facing even more problems while using the program, such as needing help to write or save my files.

I also had this problem with Adobe After Effects:

I have deleted and reinstalled the programs, checked the Windows updates, and ensured everything is current.

After trying Adobe Illustrator (Beta) as an alternative, I still encountered a "Debug Assert failed" error message. Here is the complete error message:
