Issues with illustrator plugin.

Ive looked everyewhere including preferences folders, deleted and reinsalled and it still comes back.Searched online with no help.

If there i no fix, Ill just cancel my subscription with Adobe and use another program

This plugin's name has CC2018 in it, which could be interpreted as the verion it's been made for. So your version is too new. Or the plugin is too old.

Please contact the manufacturer about a version of the plugin for your version of Illustrator.
