After almost a year of wondering and pondering there is something new to work on, Kurt, and also a riddle.

The ends of the (hoist) belts/straps (neither sheets nor bars) seem to have been simply pulled up over the top.

Also different wires have appeared, including the ones at the bottom and the remote realease/control.

I am still convinced that we are looking at something different to optical transmission, and that the shiny container holds more than fuel for thought. Still the lightness of the quadropod is almost worrying.

And my bothersome (to some) level of memory tells me something about mirroring.

Jacob, the belts actually were used as danger signals, placed about 10 to 15 metres away from the thing. Accidentally entering this area caused to force quit the thing.

As has (almost) been said before:

Some of us seek it everywhere.

I hope for a safe return flight, still relying on own custom built equipment; you may have spotted the boot toes and the end of the ladder of the landing gear, visible at the bottom of the picture, as I noticed after posting.

By the way, I have also tried to have a look for (another samnple of) the space probe/thing up here, so far in vain.

At long last I managed to return safely at the very sunset to see that it is here still.

Our resident roedeer have been quite busy, as have a few others.
