 hello I bought this image off Etsy and I can't seem to clean it up so I can dtf it. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Are you sure it is a vector file?

Can you select something and make a screendump (instead of a photo with your phone)?

Is Photoshop not the better application to edit images?
