Janela "Layer" abrindo e fechando sem meu comando

Prezados,

Há alguns dias não tenho conseguido trabalhar com o Illustrator por causa desse problema que aparece no video em anexo. Resumidamente, a janela "layer" não para de abrir e fechar e não consigo desabilitar a jenela.

Aguardo uma solução.

Does theat happen just with the Layers panel or others as well?

Did you already reboot the computer abnd reset the preferences? (which will erase all your settings)

Yes, only with the layer window. I didn't reset the preferences. Will I need to do that?

I believe there is no new driver for the video card.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind running Illustrator under Safe Mode (Windows) and checking if it helps?
Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and share your observations.

@Morenolcas o problema ainda persiste?
já tive um problema parecido com outra janela, mas o problema não era no programa, era uma tecla do meu teclado que ficou travada, talvez seja a tecla F7 que tenha ficado presa.
