I struggling to writa a script to export the "ai " file as a JPEG with some presets.  Please help me to figure out the script.

Please find the below image for the presets that need to be taken care.

I think you need to change the action string to get the correct color model.

I am not that much familiar with coding, would you help me to change the color model to grayscale.

Also, I need to export some files as 600 PPI. For this also, I need your support to figure out the script.
