Hello, i am newbie on Adobe. I have jpeg file. I need to make some changes on it like change places some objects. When i put in illustrotor , i am not able to do any changes on images, i watch many videos but nothing worked. Here is my doc. i am trying to changes objects places. thanks in advance

Photoshop is the obvious choice for a task like this, made for raster artwork.
