Layer panel issue

Hello, 

when I am working in illustrator some layers automatically goes to another layer group it names Isolation Mode, How can I fix it?

You get a layer called 'Isolation mode' if you have copied & pasted from isolation mode with 'Paste Remembers Layers' ticked in the Layers panel options.
