Libraries UI Scaling Glitch in Illustrator 2021 on macOS BigSur

Libraries have strange behavior under Big Sur on Mac. The text size and swatches scale up on their own without me making any preference changes in Illustrator. It normally looks like the image on the right. But I will be working and it will just switch to this oversized view and all I can do is quit Illustrator and restart to fix it. Any idea what is causing this?

So sorry to hear about this trouble. This looks like graphics card issue. Would you mind sharing a few more details like:

• Are you using any external Monitor? If yes, then please check if the same thing happens on the primary screen.
• Does it help, if you turn off Automatic GPU is switching from system preferences (https://osxdaily.com/2017/01/08/disable-gpu-switching-macbook-pro/)?
