Hi Anshul, thank you so much for the followup. We have resolved the issue. It tured out the creator of these files had not outlined them when finaliseing designs. When I brought them into Libraries the filters did not follow along with the artwork. We solved it by outlining all artwork before transfering into Libraries.

Probably, I have not made the artwork. It was made by a different company. I just added it from one file into the library.

How does it look when you double click it in the Library to open the original?

Hi @vbazika,

We are sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing. Would you mind sharing the details along with the ones asked above:

  • The exact version of macOS
  • Share the original file from where you added this into the library. You may upload the file on Creative Cloud or any other similar services and share the download link here or via DM with me.
  • Share the link to the library assets in which you are facing such issues with us.
  • Does pressing cmd+e makes any difference?

We are here to help. We just need more information.

Thanks & Regards,
Anshul Saini
