Library Colour Swatches not Retain Names when Added to Swatches

Illustrator 28.5, Mac

I set up colour swatches, gave them custom names and added them to Libraries – where they are displaying names correctly. However, when I add them to swatches in a new Illustrator document, they are now losing their custom names and reverting to their CMYK values.

Are you using document Swatch libraries or Creative Cloud Libraries?
