Librerie "locali" mancanti

Buongiorno a tutti, sul mio pc sono sparite le librerie locali, il pannello è funzionante e anche il sync con il cloud ma anche li non trovo nulla... l'unica cosa che è cambiata è il tipo di licenza ( da illustrator a full )... cambiando licenza si perdono le librerie?? mi sembra strano... non c'è modo dalla cartella app data di recuperarle?

Can you try and in the Creative Cloud app log out and then log in with the ID you used when you set up those libraries.

You can also ask this question in the specialized forum: File Hosting, Syncing, and Collaboration

Se hai usato un Adobe ID differente per la licenza full, è normale che la sincronizzazione delle libreria sia andata perduta. In caso contrario - cioè se l'Adobe ID non è cambiato e hai fatto solo un upgrade della licenza - è necessario attendere l'intervento dello staff per capire se ci sono problemi di sincronizzazione.

Do per scontato che l'App Creative Cloud sia avviata e con la sincronizzazione file attiva durante le tue prove. In caso contrario, prova così.

Come già consigliato, puoi provare anche a re-installare l'App Creative Cloud e vedere se la sincronizzazione si attiva.

Ho già reinstallato le app e col cloud è sincronizzato, a questo punto temo che prima ci fosse un altro account collegato. Non c'è proprio possibilità di reperirle localmente sul pc? non tiene in cache qualcosa?

L'unica soluzione che mi viene in mente, potrebbe essere loggarsi con l'altro account, recuperare tramite la Creative Cloud via Browser i file nelle librerie salvandole localmente, e poi ricreare delle librerie con l'account su cui attualmente è registrata la Licenza.
