Line colors don't change after last update in Illustrator

I've just updated my AI software to the 28.2 version and I can't color my lines correctly. Old files have lines turned to black and as I try to correct them copying a color into the color panel, the color appears right, but the illustration doesn't change. When I try to use this file in After Effects, the colors are also wrong, so the error is being exported with the file.

Can you please share a screenshot of the affected object. Selected and Window > Appearance open.
