Hi there, I subscribed Adobe Design Mobile Bundle Premium apps for iPhone & iPad, Billed monthly! I am on my free trial and I'm having issues logging in I will share this photo, hope anyone can help!

Hello @Altin_Ibrahimi5163,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with Illustrator. Could you please try signing out of the app and then logging back in using a different email you may have used, or by choosing one of the social sign-in options like Facebook or Google? Let me know if that resolves the issue.

I tried that last night and again now but it’s still not working.

Sorry for writing again but I really need to start working on a project, is anyone trying to fix the issue it's been 3h since I responded. I reinstalled the app and logged in but the same issue again!!
