Logo from library is getting distorted on alt drag to canvas

AI 26.5.2 win 10.

On the left is the dragged copy, on the right this alt dragged. The problem exists in outline view also, so is not a graphics processor redraw issue. The distortions are very symmetrical.

If I double click on logo and open in Illustrator is fine.

Figured it out. Align to pixel grid was on.
