Looking to hire for Illustrator - creating data graphs

Hi

I am new to Illustrator and need to create some sophisticated Figures for a science publication from Excel imports.  For example, a Figure with one set of data that is scatter plot and another overlaying it that is a line chart.   

I'd like to hire someone to either just make these for me and/or show me how if now difficult.
