Losing quality in design work

Hi, 

whilst doing my work on illustrator, suddenly the lines lost quality and pixelated. To fix it I usually press command Y, however it didn't work and I think that there is a setting for the good quality view, but I'm lost and I can't figure it out. Can anyone help?

Just go up to the view dropdown and check what setting you have selected. If pixelated you might have selected Alt+Ctrl+Y by mistake?
