Major Boot issue

Hey all; so Illustrator has been not bottong correctly for 2 weeks now. I have tried it all. Let me describe my problem first. No matter how you start the program (clicking on a file, clicking the program its self, etc..) after the "loading screen" with the big K? Or R? Whatever letter it is gose away; the window the should show up showing pervious work, start new, or the file I tried to open dose not load. Its a blank grey window. (My background is grey; softer in the eyes) i cannot exit the screen, minumize, or even move it around my desktop. It will allow my to "use" the tool bar at the top of the desktop but when i click on anything mothing happens. I have to force exit and even after the computer does not register there is any issue with the program. It is the only adobe program that has this issue. All of my others work just fine. I have tried it all. Uninstall, reinstall; reboot, hard reboot; restarting my laptop, and even checking to see latest updates on the program (none) please help as I am behind on work and in need of professional care.

If not, kindly share more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, system config (CPU/GPU/Memory), and a screen recording of the problem (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-f...), so we can investigate this further?
