I want my Pantone library to show. I go in through Swatches panel to the Color Books and click on Pantone Coated. Nothing happens. I am expecting the panel for the color book to show up. Any thoughts?

It's not hidden beneath some other panel?
Or docked with something?
Good old computer reboot can't solve it either?

Did you try to reset your Workspace from the View menu?
After several restarts I got it to work.
