Mantener los ajustes preestablecidos al actualizar illustrator

Explorer ,
Jan 22, 2025 Jan 22, 2025

Hola,

Muchas gracias!

In the Preferences folder for Illustrator there is a Vectorizing Presets file.

If you can still find it in the preferences for previous version, you can add it to the current version preferences.

Hi and thank you for your answer!

But I´m afraid there´s not preferences folder in Illustrator 2025. There is a "presets" folder and I couldn´t find the vectorizing presets file(it has Actions, graphix styles, shorcurts, and more but not the vectorizing or at least I couldm´t find it). Also when Adobe installs a news version of Illustrator it seems to overwrite the previous one so those files are missing again. So I suppose that I have to made it again, but I will save a copy of those archives in another folder to keep it for the future.

Thank You anyway, Ton.

Alex

Yes, I always keep the previous version for a while when upgrading.

And as you have seen it is not in the Presets folder where you would expect it.
