Hi;
I have a problem visualizing illustrator PDFs with Microsot Edge.
When I make a clipping mask from an interactive painting shape, part of the painting shape appears at other pages when I export to PDF and I visualize it with Microsot Edge or Outook.
Thanks in advance.

There shouldn't be a difference between live paint objects and other objects regarding clipping masks. Are you sure that the live paint object is causing it? Does it not happen when you first expand the live paint?

Hi and thanks for the rapid response;
Yes it is; I suppose that the complexity of the obejcts inside clipping masks is the cause of this problem.
I attach a simplified version of the ai file and the pdf causing the problem.
Even if there are always the same clipping mask objects that are causing the problem it is anoying.

I have opened the file in Apple Preview (which normally is very buggy with PDFs) and I have tried Google Chrome, but none of them shows issues.
You clipping masks are nested very deep in groups. Can that somehow be resolved?

I have deducted that; no matter if you undo the clipping mask, change its contour or ungroup the subcomponets; if it causes a bug, this clipping mask will must be redrawn.
And the only solution I can imagine is to separate pages far enought to avoid intersections between pages and the objects that does not belong to them.

To delete content outside clipping mask, this video will show you how to do it illustrator

However, I would really prefer to use a third party free script called Trim Mask it is way more easier and it can be applied on any clipping mask content.

The video shows a useful option, but I would like to leave the object intact, just in case I would like to reuse it in other parts of the Illustrator document.
Could you pass me the link to the free script that you mention in your answer?
Thanks!
