Missing objects when saving EPS to PDF or PNG

Dear community,

I am working on artboards, EPS files, that i need to save as PNG's or PDF's to be able to share with the office. When i export the EPS files as PNG's or PDF's, some objects/layers go missing.

What am i missing?

Are the layers set to print?

Yes if i double-click the layer they are under, the print is ticked
