I'm having issues with this one illustrator draw project, it does not appear on either the desktop or mobile creative cloud apps, it only shows up on the mobile creations page on the creative cloud assets website, when I try to open it or create a link the error messages in the screenshot appear and it won't convert to fresco as well, I can rename and duplicate the file but same problem occurs for the duplicate. Is there a way to fix this?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

So clicking on the 3 dots on the Creative Cloud does not give you the conversion link?
This is how it should work: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/mobile-apps/help/sketch-draw-end-of-development.html
From March 28, 2025 it will no longer work at all anymore

Hi @husky198,
I’ve contacted the product team and am awaiting their response regarding your issue. However, since Illustrator Draw is an EOL app and mobile creation is a legacy service, there is a high chance that recovery might not be possible.
I’ll update you if I receive any new information, but if you don’t hear back, please consider that a solution might not be available. I understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate your patience.
Best,
Anshul Saini
