It's difficult to generalise without knowing how your business card is constructed (there seem to be clipping masks there that will mess this process up), but if it were constructed cleanly, you could do this:

1. Group your business card objects. Expand the gradients (Object > Expand, select Fill and specify your options).

2. Make sure the mockup object (on the right) is in front of the business card (Object > Arrange > Bring to Front). Select both.

3. Go to Object > Envelope Distort > Make with top object.

You seem to have grouped the business card and the mockup object together. ​Only ​group the business card.
