I'd like to see such a thing happen. But I think the Android platform needs a little bit more standardization for such a thing to happen. Apple has an odd kind of advantage with the iPadOS platform in that they're the only company making products for it. The narrow amount of product models makes it easier for companies like Adobe to develop apps for it.
The Android platform needs a better stylus standard than what it appears to have now. I use a Galaxy S22 Ultra for my mobile phone. The S-Pen is good for jotting down quick notes, but it stinks as any sort of drawing tool. The stylus included with it is just very rudimentary compared to an Apple Pencil paired with an iPad Pro. The Galaxy Tab can be paired with a pretty wide variety of stylus devices, some of which are pretty good. But the Galaxy Tab has to accommodate all of these different kinds of products. That appears to set the bar for quality standards and functions at a lower common level. It just looks like Adobe's developers would have some difficult choices to make how to support all these different kinds of hardware.
