When I open up Illustrator 26.0.3, the cursor starts to flick and I can't use the software, as shown in the video below
If I try to navigate another tabs while Illustrator is open, the problem persists even in other tabs, but if I close Illustrator the cursor goes straight back to normal.
Photoshop is working just fine tho.
Things that I already tried to do to fix the problem:
Restarting the computer.
Clearing out my Illustrator preferences.
Uninstalling Illustrator and installing it again.
Installing previous versions of Illustrator.
Unplugging my keyboard and mouse.
Disabling the laptop touchpad.
