Move Tool bugged

Hi, I'm hoping someone on here can help me. 

In illustrator 2022, when I'm clicking on things with the move tool and dragging them they keep jumping back to their original position and under the curser arrow there's a little green circle with a plus inside it. I'm not pressing anything on my keyboard. Any idea why this keeps happening?

as far as I can see, this issue is often appear on Mac version. Maybe it's worth to report it as a bug.

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been fixed in the latest Illustrator update, v26.2.1, released yesterday. I would request you to update and let us know if the issue persists.
