Hi,
I am using Adobe AI on Macbook Pro, from past 2 weeks I have been facing issue with move tool. Whenever I move any object it goes back to its orginal position.
I have updated the OS and AI application to its latest update. I have tried restarting my workstation as well but nothing is solving the issue. Request you to solve this at the earliest.

And for the past 2 weeks you have not used the Sonoma beta?

Hi Parag Parkhe,
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with the Move tool in Adobe Illustrator. It's frustrating when a fundamental tool like the Move tool is not working as expected. Let's work on resolving this together.
I appreciate the information you've provided so far, including your OS version, the Move tool works well in other Adobe applications like Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign using a Magic Mouse. This information is helpful in troubleshooting the problem.
Firstly, please try using the trackpad or another mouse, if available, just to ensure it's not a Magic Mouse-specific issue. Sometimes, these problems can be device-specific.
Next, I recommend testing the behavior in Safe Mode to rule out any third-party software or drivers causing conflicts. Restart your MacBook in Safe Mode and see if the problem persists. If it works fine in Safe Mode, it might indicate that some third-party software or drivers are interfering.
Feel free to provide additional details or updates after trying these steps, and we'll work together to get this issue resolved.
Best,
Anshul Saini
