whenever I either create a design or import a template for graphics, when I go to save as an (EPS) for cutting for versaworks I get a warning
how can I fix this issue?
I've tried putting images or colors behind the image I'm creating, this warning gives me multiple cut lines ? And it sucks, thanks for any advice

The spot colors are in the cut lines?
That is just a warning that you shouldn't change the spot color to process outside of Illustrator. Do you plan to do that? If not, just go ahead.
What happens when you print it?

If I change the spot color to process color my cut line goes away , so I can't do it that way, can I do something about the tranparecy?

EPS can't handle transparency.
Only thing you can do is convert the transparent illustration parts to pixels.

Ok so when i create an image on other apps like BAZARRT and put a background color or image on it to get rid of the transparety then transfer it to adobe illustrator. i can the create a cutline and i dont get that warning, but when i try to put a background in adobe i still get that warning, whats the trick to get rid of the transparecy in adobe, because when you start from scratch making a image to cut, youve started on a transparent background, And thank you very much for the help, multiple cutlines are terrible

I have never heard of Bazarrt - what is that?
As for your procedure in Illustrator: When there is no background in your file that is not necessarily transparency. Transparency is alpha transparency and can be introduced by blend modes, reduced opacity, effects or paced files that have transparency.
And again: this error message in most situations can just be ignored. Can you please describe exactly what you are doing step by step and why you think you need to get rid of transparency.

Bazarrt is the best and easiest design and image maker on the market for phones, its photo shop and design that does amazing things fast, But you can't create cut lines on it.its what i use to make funny sticker of everyone i work with,

Try to keep your cut lines as vector on a layer above your artwork.
If your artwork is mostly images, you can try to select it and choose Object > Rasterize... and choose a high resolution without transparency (white background).

I will try that!! hopefully it will work, I deal with this daily. Thank you

It still is giving me the warning?

Which is strange, if you have one layer with the vector spot color cutline (which should not use transparency) and a layer below it which is rasterized with white as background, you should not get that warning.
You can check if there is some transparency used with Window > Flattener Preview.

what should the flattener preview be set at?

Transparent objects, there should not be any.

So it should be on transparent objects?

Just ignore the warning.

Can you share the original Illustrator file before saving as .eps?
I don't think the 2 transparent CMYK images (the cowboys in the lower right) are causing multiple cutlines.
They will cause the message about transparency and spot colors.
When checking your cutlines, I find non closed paths with many duplicate lines and points.
I cannot imagine that this is caused by saving to .eps

It looks like your strokes have been outlined and are given a stroke again.

I think I understand what is happening. You have transparency in the file (the cowboys) and save the file in an old eps format. EPS does not support transparency and the Flattener settings are use to get rid of the transparency.
The default settings for the Flattener are converting strokes to outlines, which will cause double cutlines.
But the result will be a path that looks like a stroked path, but is actually a filled shape. I wonder how you got rid of the fill and used a stroke again.
If you still have the Illustrator file with the single stroked path, you can resave it as EPS with a modified Flattener setting.

i use fill strokes to fill in so when i make a cut line there is no white on my pattern? In flattner strokes to outlines is not checked? should it be? thank you

the only thing in flattner checked is (preserve overprints and spot colors)?
