My apps are not launching new document

Hello everyone,

My photoshop and illustrator apps are not launching new files, however, I can open previously created files. I have tried restarting my MacBook pro but to no avail. How can I fix this issue please?

Are you getting any particular error message? Or is it just not responding when opening files? Are you double-clicking the files, or are you using the File>Open command? These answers will help us figure out what you're experiencing.
