Myriad Variable Concept.

Me confunde:

1. El que dentro de AI el grupo "Myriad Variable Concept" se encuentre disponible, se pueda utilizar y configurar, no obstante que en Adobe Fonts aparece como "Removido" ¿ ... ?
   
   
2. El que en Adobe Fonts el grupo que contiene las 40 variantes se llame distinto: "Myriad Pro" y en AI el mismo grupo "Myriad Pro" sólo contiene 1 variante, y el grupo que contiene las 40 variantes, se llame "Myriad Variable Concept" ¿ ... ?
   
   
3. Que el orden en el que se presentan las 40 variantes sea diferente en AI y Adobe Fonts, ¿ ... ? Es caótico para comparar lo que se tiene o no instalado, y seleccionar lo que se desea instalar... 
   
   Por favor: ¿me pueden orientar de la manera más clara y comprensiba posible, sobre qué estoy entendiendo mal, y qué debo comprender para utilizar y gestionar de manear correcta esta fuente tipográfica?

Myriad Variable Concept is an OpenType Variable font that is bundled into installations of Adobe Illustrator. The list of 40 fonts underneath it in the fonts menu are merely variable font instances rather than separate font files, but Myriad Variable Concept has far more possible combinations with its width and weight axis settings.

Adobe Fonts has multiple versions of Myriad available. The "static" version of Myriad has 40 different individual Myriad Pro font files. Myriad VF is a version of Myriad that is similar to Myriad Variable Concept, but can be synced and installed to work in other applications besides Adobe Illustrator.

Gracias por tu explicación y pedrón por mi tardía respuesta.

Entendí muy bien la explicación del primer párrafo, pero el segundo me ha quedado un poco confuso, debe ser mi falta de familiaridad con los conceptos de este tema.

Entiendo que la verseión "estática" es la que NO cuenta con variables en su eje ancho y peso, como es el caso de "Myriad Variable Concept", y estas serían las disponibles en Adobe Fonts, 40 archivos de fuentes individuales de "Myriad" (aunque individualemente cada una de esas 40 se le agregua la palabra "Pro", según la imagen adjunta. ¿Es correcto?

Y "Myriad VF"... ¿de dónde se obtiene o dónde se activa? Y, ¿qué la hace diferente de "Myriad Variable Concept"?, o justamente su diferencia es que se puede sincronizar e instalar para trabajar en otras aplicaciones además de Adobe Illustrator? Entendería entonces que "Myriad Variable Concept" NO se puede sincronizar e instalar para trabajar en otras aplicaciones además de Adobe Illustrator?

Myriad VF is available at Adobe Fonts:

The Myriad Variable font at Adobe Fonts and the Myriad Variable Concept font bundled into Adobe Illustrator both appear identical. However, the version of Myriad Variable at Adobe Fonts has a larger character set and supports Greek and Cyrillic alphabets. The Myriad Variable Concept font has only a basic Latin character set. Both fonts can work alongside each other in Adobe Illustrator.

The static Myriad fonts have a similar set of characters as the Myriad Variable Font from Adobe Fonts. The static fonts have a "Pro" title added to indicate a larger, more professional set of characters.

The Myriad Variable Concept font only works within Adobe Illustrator; the font file is located in one of the Illustrator program folders. It is better to sync the Myriad Variable font at Adobe Fonts and then install it for other applications to be able to use. Myriad VF is a better font file.
