não consigo usar a borracha e a faca no ai

eu abro um arquivo de fora no ai e tento utilizar a borracha e aparece um simbolo de bloqueado, o estranho é que ainda consigo utilizar o lapis

The eraser tool is only for vector artwork. Is there vector artwork in the file or just a pixel image?
