Não consigo abrir um novo arquivo no Illustrator

Boa tarde, amigos da comunidade Adobe.

não consigo abrir um novo arquivo no Illustrator, quando clico no botão "Novo arquivo" ele abre a janela onde deveriam estar as configurações do novo arquivo mas para mim abre uma janela vazia. Já desinstalei e instalei o Illustrator, usei o CCleaner e verifiquei se precisava de atualização. Como prosseguir?

Try if setting the Preferences option Use legacy "File New" interface helps.

If so, that may be a workaround, it would be usefull to contact Adobe Support and ask for an Agent.

They can have a look at  your machine.

Hello @laura T C320714105pit,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

 

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

(Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

 

- Relaunch Illustrator
