Need help exporting a really large PNG please.

I'm trying to create designs to use for a print on demand company (Teelaunch) and they require a design size of 16500 px x 8250 px (4GB max) for pillows.  But I cannot get a file of this size to export in Illustrator. I get the error message  "This option cannot complete because of an unknown error [!now]"  I feel confident my laptop can handle it, I'm using Win10, and the newest version of Illustrator. 

I'm new to Illustrator and design and I have no clue what to do.  Please help.

Did you export at 72 ppi?

Please try to exprot at 72dpi or try SAVE FOR WEB at MEDIUM QUALITY. Hope it works.

Import the illustrator file into photoshop and export it from there as PNG. It works perfect.

Hi, when you create the design, divide the size into a smaller version that still keeps the dimensions.  When you go to download the image, there is a sliding scale for the size. Slide the scale to the size you need. You should be set. I had trouble with this too!
