Hey,
I have the same issue in every Adobe programm I use - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
The issue has come up in the past week and occures on multiple machines if I try.
Newest version is installed and still has the issue.
Whenever I go to create a new file and try to type in the sizes, it keeps resetting back to the last used numbers for 3-4 times until it finally gives up wanting to change it.
This is immensly annoying and I can't find any info about this. Any idea what that might be?
Best regards
I changed my general preferences to "use legacy "New Document" Dialog" and the issue stopped for me. YMMV
I just searched Uservoice and was not finding something that matched, so I created one myself.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you all for your patience. We are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. To help troubleshoot further, could you please try running Illustrator in Safe Mode (Win / Mac) and check if the behavior persists. Ensure only Adobe apps are open during this session and observe if the resetting occurs.
If the issue still happens in Safe Mode, would you be open to having a debug session with our product/engineering team? This would allow us to investigate the issue more closely a

Also happening for me on Illustrator and photshop. It is very frusrating as I make multiple sizes a day very quickly, so consisently have to double check to make sure its right. Slows down the process alot.

I have 2 Win11 PCs (one at work and one at home) plus my m1 macbook, all on latest versions & this issue persists across ALL of them. would be nice if they stopped foisting their useless AI garbo on us for a while and focused on fixing some bugs for a change.. just "we are unable to reproduce this issue" alrighty then 😕

Yep, still noticing this same behavior on occasion, even after the latest update. Annoying.

So the official Adobe response is to run our computer in Safe Mode while we work? Is that what Adobe does?
I still get this bug every single day in the newest version of Mac PS.

I've been experiencing this very same issue, and it's even with different computers and installations and licensed versions. The issue is definitely with the software itself.

I'm happy to report that I haven't been noticing this issue since the latest 2026 updates (InDesign 21.0.1; Illustrator 30.0; Photoshop 27.1)... knock on wood!
