No pressure sensitivity option

I have no presure senstivity option with a Wacom Intuso BT M with the 2022. I've tried everything — even to the point of wiping the hdd and reinitializing the system. This is been going on for more than a week, and Wacom's only response was "download an older version of Illustrator."
