No puedo mover la imagen.

Simplemente no se mueve, por más que trato de mover la imagen, se queda estática. No tiene candado la capa, estoy al borde de un ataque de ansiedad. Que puede ser?

Aparece el cuadro delimitdor, pero es inamomible.
