not responding illustrator

hello! I have a problem with illustraitor all day.. Its always get stuck and not responding.. anyone knows whats going on?

Did you already reboot the computer?

Does that only happen with certain files?

Are all your fonts OK?

Hello

It's the newest version, I just updated it.

I'm running windows 10

tried rebooting 

 the computer meets the specifications

it happents when I try to create and use pattern 

all the fonts are ok

Does it also happen with the pattern that are installed with Illustrator?
