Nueva actualizacion Illustrator

Llego la nueva actualización de Illustrator. Soy usuaria de MAC asi que varias cosas:

 

1 -  NO FUNCIONA CORRECTAMENTE, se traba todo el tiempo. Es posible que cuando lancen una actualización sea probada por los desarrolladores y no lancen basura que no funciona?

2 - Por qué SE CREA UNA SEGUNDA APLICACIÓN en vez de reemplazar la existente? se pierden las configuraciones y genera problemas.

3 - Gastan tiempo en LA INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL, pero no mejoran funciones ya existentes como el calco de imagen, que es una absoluta porquería. 

 

 

Honestamente siempre tengo que volver a las versiones anteriores porque no estan correctamente desarrolladas.

Please post to https://illustrator.uservoice.com what eactly is not working for you.

 

Since you say it gets stuck on a Mac: do you have a window manager installed such as Magnet or Rectangle? They do not behave with Illustrator.

We take great care to test each release across various operating systems and environments, but sometimes issues can still arise due to specific setups or configurations.   • For the performance issues you mentioned, could you provide more details about where the problem occurs? Is it tied to a particular feature, tool, or file? Also, could you confirm which operating system you're using?
  • Regarding the installation of two applications, it’s possible if one of them is a beta version. Could you please check and confirm if one of the apps is a beta?
  • We do have several enhancements planned in the upcoming releases. If you have specific requests for Image Trace, please share them on our UserVoice page or upvote existing posts there. The more votes a request receives, the higher its chance of being implemented.
