Obje hareket etmiyor

Merhaba, açtığım hiçbir objeyi/metni (kilitli değil) mouse ile hareket ettiremiyorum.  Klavye ile denediğimde hareket ediyor. Nereden düzeltebilirim?

Merhaba, view bölümünde "Sınırlayıcı kutuyu gizle" seçeneği işaretli olarak onu kapattım ve düzeldi. ctrl+shift+b ye bastığım için olan bir durum.
