Objects in illustrator are distorted when moving around the artboard

When moving around the artboard in Illustrator using spacebar+right mouse button, objects start to distort. Example below

That looks to me like it could be a screen abberation. Try zooming in or out and see if it goes away. You could also try choosing Preferences > Performance and turning on or off Use Graphics Processor. Or you may need to update your graphics processor.
