Objects outside workspaces are changing color

Hi everyone !
Since this morning I have a minor problem that i am not able to resolve. And i can't seem to find someone with the same issue on the wild lands of internet. 
When i opened the document that I'm currently working on, I noticed that the objects that where outside workspaces (I have a lot, I don't usually work on them until I need to export) displayed weird colors. At first it didn't bothered me, but now I just want to fix the thing so I can get back to my old illustrator where I can mess around without having weird object colors outside my workspace. 
I joined you some screenshots taht may help you understanding my problem. 
(I'm french, so my illustrator is in french, might block you).

Have I pressed an unfortunate Hotkey ?

If you are referring to the darker option shown in gm pb.png, that is your artboard tool highlighting the artboards while on the tool. Double click your artboard tool and check your settings.

"Fade region outside artboard" may be the key. (Fade region de dehors du plan de travail)

Hi there, sorry for the late answer. 

I tried out your solution, but it's already ticked. 
The problem persist on this special document, and i still don't know how to fix it.

Is it only occurring on the single document or all?

if its only the one document, have you tried copying the art to a new doc?
