Hallo,

Illustrator.jpg

Rainer,

There are a few ways, a simple way being to cheat, starting with the green one at the bottom of the stacking order, then copy it and get rid of (some of) the lefttmost part including what is beneath the blue one, you can just move the bottom left Anchor Point to the middle of the bottom side and bring the rightmost part to the top of the stacking order, thus covering part of the red one; remember to select both if you need to move or otherwise transform the green one(s).

If you wish, you can turn the two green ones into a Selection (Auswahlbefehle),

You can also look at Verflechten,

or at Formerstellungswerkzeug,

or at Interaktiv malen,

or at masks (Schnittmasken, Deckkraftmasken).

Hallo, danke für die Antwort.

Ich bin offenbar zu blöd, als Anfänger brauche ich wohl mehr Hilfestellung, ich verstehe die Anleitung nicht.

Rainer,

Apologizing for my being blöd, here is a full explanation of an improved version of the simple way with images:

1) Start with the green one at the bottom of the stacking order;

2) Copy it and bring it to the top of the stacking order, you can hold Ctrl/Cmd and pres C then F then X then F, the copy shown with a black stroke, thus covering parts of both the blue one and the red one;

3) Get rid of (some of) the lefttmost part of the green copy including what is beneath the blue one, you can just move the bottom left Anchor Point to the middle of the bottom side, the copy still shown with a black stroke (remember to select both green ones if you need to move or otherwise transform them);

4) This is just to show the green copy without the stroke: it looks just like a part of the original.

Zu Punkt drei: Ich kann den Ankerpunkt nicht wie beschrieben verschieben; wenn ich den Ankerpunkt bewege, bewege ich das ganze Bild und nicht bloß einen Teil davon.

Rainer,

Sorry, I failed to mention that you have to deselect the green copy, then apply the Direct Selection Tool to the bottom left Anchor Point Tool.

Without deselecting or when using the (normal) Selection Tool you move the whole path.

Deselecting is important to always remember with the Direct Selection Tool, and unfortunately too easy to forget in instructions, when the mouse hand knows it and just clicks an empty spot all by itself.

Könnte man mal sehen, was Du genau geplant hast?

Rainer,

In addition to what Moniks said, if you only have the three as JPEG images, you can leave the blue and red ones as they are, and then you can:

A) Create a stroke/nofill rectangle that fits the green one (just ClickDrag between opposite corners with the Rectangle Tool, Smart Guides can tell you when you are within snapping distance),

B) Bring the rectangle on top of the blue one, then create (1 if it fits at the upper corner) new Anchor Point(s) where the two cards meet (Smart Guides) at the top of the blue one, then move the lower left one to snap to the intersection at the bottom of the green one,

C) Bring the rectangle on top of the green one (under the blue one, then select both rectangle and (green) card and Ctrl/Cmd+7 to create a Clipping Mask/set.

If you re using Clipping Maks already, then you can just apply step 3) above to the Clipping Path instead of the whole clipping set.
